Lauched our youngest assembly, Trans
Nzoia Women's Regional Assembly in Rift Valley Province.

In order to strengthen International
and Regional information sharing, the Caucus will
be sponsoring 4 women to attend the Convention on
the Status of Women (CSW) in New York. |
28th February, 2007 |
Launch of Kwale Women's Regional
Assembly in Coast Province. |
8th March, 2007 |
International Women's Day. The
Caucus will mark this day in Narok, Kiambu, Migori,
Ijara and Kakamega through the Women's Regional
Assemblies.
At the national level, we will use media to highlight
the plight of the girl child and also participate
in the main celebrations at Uhuru Park. |

Early March, 2007 |
It's all systems go as the Caucus
goes down to the provincial level to implement
the Gender and Governance Programme.
