In the past, the key factors that have influenced the effectiveness of the KWPC operations has been the inclusive, broad based and committed membership, a team of professionally qualified, competent and presentable staff at the secretariat, the absence of bureaucracy and our networking capacity.
With guidance from its leadership, KWPC has continued to deliberately work on its long held tradition of attracting and retaining highly qualified and effective staff in all programme and administrative areas.
KWPC has an administrative department that ensures staff are constantly motivated by responding to their individual unique needs. We believe our staff are the most important asset that will enable us achieve our vision. We have an employee policy manual, a financial manual and are in the process of developing a HIV/AIDS manual.
KWPC will seek to constantly renew and strengthen the skills and capacity of staff members to ensure that the internal system is efficiency driven and remains effective in design, implementation and monitoring of our programmes
